Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Delivery (Canada): 2–7 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be updated within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Boommysafromart.ca is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain locations may be unavailable due to shipping carrier limitations or customs restrictions.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified promptly and refunded.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Boommysafromart.ca is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local courier office before contacting us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
